2. Collection and Use of Personal Information Customer name, contact number, e-mail address, content of inquiry on the list of items

3. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
(1) Personal information is retained for up to 3 years from the date the information provider consents to the collection and use of personal information, and if the consent is withdrawn, the personal information will be deleted and destroyed without delay in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. (Article 21 of the Personal Information Protection Act, Article 16 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act)
(2) If it is necessary for the fulfillment of obligations or handling complaints under other laws, it may be retained and used longer than the retention period.

4. Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages in case of Refusal

(2) Disadvantage of refusing consent: we inform you that the above personal information is essential to reply to your inquiries, so in case you refuse collection and use, you will not be able to inquire.
